Returns & Refunds policy

We offer a return and refund option only within 1–2 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof and must clearly show the package being opened from the start without any cuts; without this video, return or refund requests will not be accepted. Once your request is approved, the product will be inspected, and if it meets our conditions, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a few business days. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
